Our Fabric Flair Tutu is one of our newer designs. It is similar to a Simplistic Tutu with the crochet band waist, however the top layer is lined with fabric. The fabric can be of any design. character, or theme! The tulle underneath can also be any color! As with all of our designs, the shirt and hair accessory is included. One Fabric Designed Material & one  tulle color allowed.
