Our Fabric Flair Tutu represents one of our latest creations. It resembles a Simplistic Tutu featuring a crochet band waist, but the upper layer is adorned with fabric. This fabric can showcase any design, character, or theme! Additionally, the tulle beneath can be of any color! As with all our designs, the shirt and hair accessory are included. Only one Fabric Designed Material and one tulle color are permitted.
